This is not just a great animated movie, but is one of the best movies ever made. She is incredible and the fact that she is the main character in the sequel is probably the best that could possibly happen when it comes to trying to keep up with the original. But the memorable performance is without a doubt Ellen DeGeneres and her incredibly lovable character of Dory. Willem Dafoe's character is very mysterious and that totally helps when it comes to his development and his story. Alexander Gould is incredibly surprising and is probably one of the best child actors out there. Albert Brooks gives a very personal performance probably the best in his career. When we look at it today, it's still a wonderful tale about a dad who is trying to find his son who has been kidnapped. "Finding Nemo" was one of my personal favorites while growing up and it certainly stills holds up to this day. I have nothing but admiration when it comes to this movie. Its up to Marlin (Albert Brooks), his worrisome father, and Dory (Ellen DeGeneres), a friendly but forgetful regal blue tang fish, to make the epic journey to bring Nemo home. Meanwhile, Nemo plots his escape from a dentist's fish tank.ĭolby SR, DTS, Dolby Stereo, Surround, SDDS, Dolby A, Dolby Digital Nemo, an adventurous young clownfish, is unexpectedly captured from Australias Great Barrier Reef and taken to a dentists office aquarium. A blue reef fish named Dory (Ellen DeGeneres) - who has a really short memory - joins Marlin and complicates the encounters with sharks, jellyfish, and a host of ocean dangers. When Nemo swims too close to the surface to prove himself, he is caught by a diver, and horrified Marlin must set out to find him. Marlin (Albert Brooks), a clown fish, is overly cautious with his son, Nemo (Alexander Gould), who has a foreshortened fin.
